If you closely examine the door where it bolt up to the metal is probably bent a little so when you tighten up the mount its just not tight, bent the metal a little and should tighten things up for you. If nothing else take the other side off and look at how this are shaped on the other side.

The charging system on your vehicle is computer controlled . Your vehicle is a rolling computer .The instrument cluster has a microprocessor inside , there is also a body computer ( SJB ) smart junction box , Engine computer etc... they all communicate on a serial data network , C.A.N - controller area network . It's hard to know what's wrong when you don't know how it works . There could be codes stored in the computers , these will not always turn on the check engine light .

Not uncommon for Ford focus coil packs to play up I've replaced a few I would recommend, replace coil pack and have leads. If you have car serviced at the regular service interval the plugs should be ok.

It is just bolted on, the new hub comes with a new bearing already mounted into it. You will also need a new hub nut (MUST BE REPLACED) and a torque wrench that goes to at least 200 foot pounds.

The throttle body bore must be spotless. It tends to build carbon at the chamber where the throttle plate touches at the fully closed position. After you solve that cleaning issue, use Lucas additive or Mercury Marine (yes, that one) Quickleen twice a year. Presto, no reoccuring issues. Be thorough !
