DNL relay ? DRL - daytime running light's . Controlled by the TIPM - totally integrated power module . Your best bet ,take it to the dealer . The TIPM could be covered under a recall .
Doesn't have a fuel reset button . What problem are you having ? No start , starter spins the engine over but doesn't start an run ? Ford has inertia fuel shut off switch , not dodge . Hooking up a fuel pressure gauge an testing for fuel pressure ,not guessing , is the way to verify . Looking at a wiring diagram an using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter to test the fuel pump electrical circuit is another way . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on engine ,then under subsystem click on fuel controls . Click the search button then the blue link. Scroll down to the #3 diagram . fuel pump electrical circuit . Looking at the diagram i see the fuel pump relay , the fuel pump relay is energized by the PCM powertrain control module - engine computer . If the PCM doesn't see a crankshaft position sensor input it won't energize the fuel pump relay . Does the vehicle have spark ? Do you know how to test for spark ? Video's on youtube . The fuel pump relay could be bad .
Fuel Pump Electrical Circuits Description and Operation
I tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission
problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. it wont move forward or reverse, engine is good both solenoids for forward and reverse work.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and works perfect! got it from www.reliable-store.com
Don't waste your money on unnecessary sources and unwanted repairs. Get this manual online at www.reliable-store.com and get complete guide on whether to repair or not, service it, and how to repair etc
you could have a bad wire that can cause an injector to be shorted stall you out. new wires last installed? Plugs?or a bad throttle position sensor, clean the throttle body. these are some of the things.
start with plug wires.
if over 100 k and no new plugs/wires....new would make sense.
Hope this helps you.
