Can not find location on 2002 mustang abs fuse
Your best bet, is to buy an owners manual. You will need that for fuses and other items.
Not likely you have a fuse issue. Fuses don't fix things, they protect electrical circuits that are over loaded, heat wise from current flow or a short to ground.
If you have a blown fuse then what? Need a wiring diagram and an understanding of the circuit your about to work on.
An ABS Code, is most likely a bad Wheel Speed Sensor, not a fuse.

How to install engine control unit 2002 ford 3.8
The module is located behind the glove box on the passenger side . You are going to run into a problem after you replace it because it will not start after you put the new one in because of the PATS key system . That has to be programmed by the Ford Dealer . Some lock Smiths have the programmer for it but charge more to come to your house then it does to get the dealer to do it.

Is there a passcode or sequence to disable the
As far as I know that seat belt warning chime and light is there for your safety and protection, it should not be bypassed in any way.
There is no by pass seqwuence or code to eliminate this safety device.
Buckle up, its the law.

What happen when oil on spark plugs
If you have oil on the plugs, you have either high miles and worn piston rings, or bad valve stem seals most likely. What engine do you have in your stang?

Mustang GT 2002 oil pressure gauge dropping to zero
The first order of business is to check the oil pressure while the gauge is not working. If the oil pressure is fine and the system reading zero, there is a fault in the oil pressure switch circuit. Often, the problem is related to the oil pressure switch itself. I have seen cases, too, where the oil pressure switch fails internally, causing oil to push past the seal and into the wiring connection causing a short. The wiring harness has a single pin.Another area, though it fails much less often, is a break in the wiring between the oil pressure sender/switch and the ECM module (located in the right passenger footwell) and between the ECM and the instrument cluster. The instrument cluster may also have a short, though the sender is the most likely issue here.
