Backup lights are on constantly
Switch for this is on trans.. probably a bad switch..unless you have been working on the wiring.. You did not spec. auto or manual..

Car turns over but wont start
Taking a guess, maybe check if the fuel pump breaker tripped? I think it's located in the trunk, left side behind a panel. Reset it.

Missing on acceleration and blowing oil out dipstick
check your PCV ( positive crankcase valve ). It sounds like you are building up pressure inside the block and the valve isn't regulating it like it's supposed to....that pressure has to go somewhere and the dipstick is the next weakest link.

Air bag code 16
try to reset the computer disconnect battery for ten minutes reconnect then check air bag sensor maybe bad

Passenger window not working
I would take off door panel use a volt meter to see if you have power to if you do have power to it the motor is bad

Fuse 18 keeps blowing
Once a fuse blows,it does so for a reasonCommon SenseIn a 60 year driving career you have maybe 6 fuses blowReplacing them 5 out of 6 time they blow againAsk yourself whyYou need to find the most logical item in that circuit& start testing & that usually requires a wiring diagramor you have no map or now where to start any testing.Something overloaded a circuit find it & replace it orresolve the wiring issue

1994 mustang brake lights do not work
9 times out of 10 its the brake switch located under the drivers side dash behind the brake peddle arm. However check the brake light fuses first.
