One day I get in my 92' Ford Explorer, 4.0L, it gets up and goes but when i come out of the store all it does when i try and start it is click, so i think starter, but after a few more attempts it finally catches so at first i got the starter tested and it was fine so i changed the ignition switch and that worked for a couple days, then again all it does is click again so i think either it is that starter again or one of the relays, so i replace the starter and now all it does is make a sound from the starter like it is not catching the flywheel, I have some say that it might be the flywheel is bad and i also had advice that it could be the wire that tells the starter to connect with the flywheel, but i cann't get to that fuse to replace it on the wire.
P.S.
Check you positive side cable for corrosion and you might need to replace the cable because it runs from the battery direct to the starter and to the starter relay that is mounted on the right front fender under the hood. You have 2 (two) starter relays on your Explorer.

transmission does not shift out of 1st gear automatically. must get off gas for rpms to drop and then it will shift to 2nd gear. no other shifting issues.
There is a vacuum line that is connected to a vacuum modulator on the transmission. The vacuum modulator looks like a tiny inline fuel filter on the right rear of the transmission. Remove the vacuum line from the modulator, if transmission fluid spills out when the rubber hose is removed the modulator is punctured. The engine will **** your transmission fluid through the vacuum line and into the intake system and burn it through combustion. If the modulator is punctured you must have it replaced.

i have a 94 land cruiser that runs very rich to the point where the spark plugs are black.i replaced the ignition coil, distributor, spark plugs, wires, thermostat, fuel pressure regulator and both bank one and bank two o2 sensors.when i first start it in the am it runns good for about three mins. then it starts loading up.
You have a fuel injected car. Things that can cause too rich would be a bad altitude sensor like the map or mass air flow depending on which one you have.
Anything that would cause excess air to go into the exhaust system like a cracked exhaust pipe before the 02 sensor, or low compression, or a stuck open pcv valve, intake gaskets, throttle body base gasket.
Or a Throttle position sensor which is telling the computer you foot is on the gas when it is not.
Its possible you have a bad PCM,, or coolant temp sensor saying the motor is still cold as its warming up.
Its possible you have a vacuum hose somewhere on the engine with a big crack in it or its just inplugged and you dont see it.
But my first guess would be possibly a bad computer.
Try creating a big vacuum leak when its loading up. It should run better.
Also if you have an egr valve it could be stuck open a little causing excess air or an idle air control valve stuck open.
Does it clean up if you rev it up or does it blow black smoke reved and at idle. This could point towards the altitude sensor.

92 ford ranger 3.0 starts but it dies right away, tried to check fuel pressure to ensure the fuel pump works, when I turned the ignition on, the pressure barely moved, so I turned the engine over and the pressure went up to 50, so I guess the pump is OK, as well as the relay, anyone have any ideas?
This problem sounds intermittent. To ensure fuel pump is working, open fuel door and have an assistant turn on ignition switch to on position (NOT START POSITION) and listen for pump to make a whirling sound. Do this a few times after shutting switch off. Also, If you dont here pump whirling, you can spray starting fluid into air cleaner. If it starts , then its the pump
