2005 Ford Expedition. How to bypass Relay 302 with external relay?

Question edited for clarity, and typo, it is a Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV), not a Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Valve :>) Just take the Power distribution board to an auto electrician and he can replace the socket connectors. https://www.google.com/search?q=2005+ford+expedition.+power+distribution+box+wiring+diagram https://www.google.ca/search?q=auto+electrician+near+me ..

I have a 2005 Ford Expedition. Yesterday, I was driving along and simultaneously my gas pedal no longer brought rpms up or anything and the wrench light came on. What different things could be wrong? We already checked the sensor on the top of the engine.

It went into Limp Home Mode. You just got to reset. It. Make sure battery is charged .Turn key on wait about 10 seconds. Turn it off. Wait 5 sec. Turn key on. Wait 10 sec. Turn key off. Wait 5 secs. Then start it up. It should be fine after that. Otherwise.?

What kind of brakes would I need for my 2005 Ford

Depending on your driving needs and habits...the best brake pads for most applications today are the ceramic pads...these are the quietest, and produce the least amount of brake dust...(dirty black soot on your front wheels...the standard pads are semi-metallic...not as clean or quiet as the ceramic...My personal choice is the Wagner brand...used by many brake shops due to their consistency and fewer "be backs" by complaints...If Wagner does not make a ceramic set for your Expedition, I have used the O'Reilly Auto Parts ceramic pads as well. Your research should help to eliminate any noisy or poor performance products...Yes, there is a huge difference in performance...(the low cost semi-metallic pads have many side effects. Hope this helps.

2005 Ford Expedition: Constant thumping sound from dash when air/heat is on or off

Usually this is caused by a binding blend or mode door. The actuator keeps trying to move it and can't. Locate the exact source of the noise. Then disconnect the actuator and try opening and closing the door by hand.
