Ac not working
have u tested the ac compressor cycling switch located in the low side line from the compressor? also a common failure is the AC compressor cycling relay also known as the WOT (wide open throttle) relay Jumper a wire across the AC cycling switch in the low side line, if the compressor runs replace the switch, if not then replace the relay which in in the power distribution box under the hood.

99 ford mustang gt, won't start not getting fuel
Fuel reset is in the trunk look in the trunk along the side for a hole you will see a with button push down. To check relay just turn your key forward and lsiten for a click sound thats the easiest and fastiest way to check it. (Fuel pump relay should be located under the hood in the engine compartment.)

Headlights on my 99 for mustang arent working
Headlights are protected by circuit breakers in your fuse box. They are the larger metal ones. They just pull out, the same as a fuse. For what ever reason, your circuit breaker was heating up, and then tripping, and coming back on when it cooled off. It has probably played out completely now, so will have to be replaced. However, you really need to look for a short in your headlight system. It could be a wire grounding out, or even a faulty bulb or the socket that it goes in to. A new circuit breaker will put you back to where you were (providing your bulbs are okay) but it won't fix the real problem.

HEADER LEAK
Not necessarily.Your spark plugs are located in the top of the motor so the exhaust heat from the leak could not effect them..So no the leak will not cause miss.Something you can check is by looking in the plug wire holes down at the spark plugs and see if theres any moisture in the holes an oil leak in the holes. This is usually the number one thing that makes these cars miss other than just needs a tune up.It is the 5.4L or 4.6L right. If not an it is a 302 or 5.0L it is very possible that the header gasket is the problem. And remember if you fix the gasket you'll need to replace the plug wire that the leaky header gasket was blowing on....

Rear Drivers side brake(possibly E-brake) locking while driving
if you have disc brakes you may just have worn out the pads, the squeaking would be the "squealer", the locking up could be the caliper piston being forced out by the brake booster (when shifting), which would make sense if it's a disc system. If that be the case, a new brake pad would be the solution, assuming you haven't worn the rotor out already.

Mustang GT 4.6 EVAP Canister Purge Valve Location?
You will need to remove the right front wheel & wheel well liner. The canister purge valve is behind the cover. It should have two tube going into the bottom and one on the side near the top.
You can fix it!
If this helps you out please rate me!

Loud knocking
Sounds like you may need a motor, or something in/on transmission. What is your oil pressure like?

My passenger side window will go down, but not back up.
Sounds like the window regulator may be binding. You can remove the door panel to gain access to see what the problem is. If the regulator is bad replace it. Try a little spray lubricant on all the pivot points on the regulator before you buy another. Work the window up and down and more than likely it will be good.

Mustang Transmission leak
it is possible it is bad. It is also very possible that the fluid is too low to work correctly. If the fluid level is right, Id say the tranny is no good.
