It's behind the right front kick panel. Remove the trim peice from under the door, remove the kick panel screw, and pull out the kick panel, that last part will be a little tough but it can be done without taking off the roof trim.
Were is the horn relay
If you have cruise control, it should be located to the right of the steering column in a wire harness with wires colored yellow/light blue, yellow/light green and dark blue. If you don't have cruise control, you have no horn relay. It goes from the steering direct to the horns.
Where is the Fuel relay
The switch I believe is located in the cab, under the passenger side dash. Pull back the carpet under the glove box, it should be about a foot down from the top of carpet. It may be a little closer to the side kick panel. It will look like a fuse switch with two wires running to it. If I remember right, one wire is red the other blue. At least that's the location on the prior years Bronco II.
Does a torque converter for a 1989 ford bronco
The torque converter bolts to the flex plate at the rear of the engine. It supplies the link between the engine to the transmission.
It's known as a "Flex Plate" and not a "Fly Wheel". The flywheel is use on a standard transmission.
I do not know how to adjust clutch
The clutch is hydraulic and does not require adjustment. If you have a clutch concern and the pedal feels normal the problem is likely a worn clutch and will require replacement. Please rate this info , this will help me out greatly Thankyou RJ

Hi! We may have a PCM (powertrain control module) and transmission solenoids issue. The PCM has big contribution on the transmission and may need to be reprogrammed. We may have a faulty transmission solenoids too thats why the shifter is stuck. Have this checked and transmission solenoid replacement can be necessary. Atleast we have an idea where to start. I have an 89 ford bronco 2 with a 2.9 liter it sat
check the spark plug wires are attached all the way till it snaps, pull each spark plugs, any black deposits on any plug means it isn't firing(faulty plug,or wire) last of all take off each injector wire and notice if there is a change in idle speed (plugged injector)
