THERE IS A DAMPER THAT IS NOT OPENING TO THE HEATER CORE TO LET THE HEAT IN THIS DAMPER SHOULD BE UNDER THE DASH ON THE PASSENGER SIDE

its a bit hard to say but if you remove the plugs on the devices one by one you would find the culprit. anything with heat in the word i would start with as they are a main drain and so would the door actuator as they high voltage use. the rest are low voltage compared to them mentioned.
