Do i need a fuse to row up my window it whent down
Yes there are fuses that control pwr windows but it controls all windows so if one is working and the other isnt its not your fuse. You may have a problem with the switch, wiring or most commonly the window motor/regulator assembly. Does it try to come up or does nothing when the switch is pressed?

Will it come out of gear with the engine shut off? When you were having trouble getting it into gear was it with the engine running? If you answered yes to either, or both questions then you likely have a clutch problem; faulty clutch assembly or slave and/or master cylinder. If the problem occured with the engine off then you have internal transmission trouble.
How do you get the
on some models there is a small round opening in the rear bumper, and you have to use the tool that comes with the jack assembly to lower the donut tire down , if you don't see any opening, then look under the truck at the area of the donut tire for a opening in which the tool can be inserted into to lower the tire. hope that this information has helped you.
Transmission does not work will
If it is a automatic transmission check the transmission fluid level. low trans fluid will not allow it to work properly, also if it is an auto the cable and/or linkages from the shifter to the transmission could have broken or come unhooked. If it is a manual transmission the syncronizers are probably shot. the syncronizers are not a diy fix for anyone with no experience working on vehicles.
Engine light comes on and
if it's the yellow, chck engine light. go to autozone & get the DTC codes read out for free. Then report codes here.
It is 97 4.0 liter

You need to post the symptoms of your problem. And let us tell you what we think. But for what its worth here I go. Electric fuel pumps howl or moan. Carrier bearings on make noise when vehicle is moving down the road and make a squalling noise when the bearing is going bad but may be interpreted as a whine. Wheel bearings near the same as carrier bearings but they usually grind. So my guess is alternator or pulley bearing since they whine.
