Under the hood in engine compartment fuse box F1.8 15amp .

• All door locks are inoperative

• Battery junction box (BJB) fuse(s):
  • 8 (15A).
  • 115 (20A) (Super Crew).
• Circuitry.
• Central security module.

• Go To Pinpoint Test C .

Looking at the Engine on a ford is different from a gm. The correct cylinder numbers are 1234 from front to back on the passenger side and 5678 front to back on the driver's side

in the engine compartment fuse panel
remove the 50amp maxi fuse in location #102
(look on the back of the cover to find #102)
and that will disable your ABS

cruise controls are controlled by the following switches and sensors 1 the switch itself 2-- the clutch pedal sensor or the VSS in the auto transmission 3 the brake sensor ---4-- the gear change switch or selector 5-- the engine speed sensor ( tacho) 6-- the road speed (VSS ) if 1 or a combination is not working or is outside parameters , the cruise control will not switch on the road speed in a manual is set at around 20 mph and any less will not engage cruise control(CC) changing gears in a manual will disengage CC touching the clutch pedal will not allow engagement or will disengage CC for some sensors run the fault codes

Did you have the recall done on it ?
recall 05S28. Description: Speed Control Deactivation Switch.

It could be a blow fuse in the recall harness, if you did have it done.

Try the self test, and see what the results are. If you do not get it into self test mode, it could be the fuse in teh recall harness that is blown. The 1st revision of the recall harness was an inline ATM fuse, not sure if the revision 2 was the same. If that fuse is blown, the switch is leaking, and should be checked.

Self-Test Diagnostics

WARNING:
This test is a key on engine off (KOEO) test only that is conducted in park only with emergency brake fully engaged.

1. Enter self-test diagnostics by depressing the speed control OFF switch while turning the ignition key ON, making sure the engine does not start and is not running. The speed control indicator on the instrument panel will flash once to indicate that speed control module entered the diagnostic mode. Five additional flashes at this point indicate a defective speed control servo. Release the OFF switch.

2. Press the remaining switches in this sequence: ON, RESUME, COAST and SET/ACCEL.

If the ON switch is not depressed within five seconds after entering the diagnostics mode, the module times out and the procedure must be started over.

The speed control indicator lamp will flash as each switch is depressed. Press each switch in the sequence immediately after the indicator light goes out for the previous switch.

Note:
There will be a slight delay when the last button is pressed and the lamp flashes.

3. A lamp flash with the last button (SET/ACCEL) indicates that the static test passed. If the lamp does not flash with the last button and there are no additional flashes of the lamp, the switch is defective.

If the lamp does not flash with the last button, and additional flashes occur, follow the chart below for trouble codes:

— 2 flashes - BPP defective, circuit is defective, brake applied, CPP switch or jumper (if equipped).

Not certain this will work on your truck, but many will reset by turning key to "on" but don't try to start, leave on for about 15 minutes, turn off, then try to start.

The horn fuse for this 2002 ford f150 is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box , heres a diagram of that box , i circled the fuse for the horn, it is in location f1.7. hope this is helpful. also you may want to check the horn relay thats also located in the same box and i circled that also. have a good day.

Could be suspension, gearbox or drive train. I'll need more information. Is it a single clunk or does it repeat. Does it change with speed?

It’s very possible. Remove the battery and bring it to a parts store like auto zone they test it for free

Pump may be sucking air. I would remove the oil pan and check the pick up tube connection to the pump for bad oring or loose bolts.

run the fault codes as there are sensor problems take it to an accredited service center for the reading

Clean the MAF first with MAF cleaner as it could be dirty . The O2s may be contaminated or lazy . The O2s may be falsely reporting or switching too slow . Does it run better when you first crank it up in morning ?

Not likely. Most likely thru the head gasket, manifold gasket or a crack on the head, manifold or block. Needs to back track, do your work again looking for tel tale signs of where it leaked.

Did you flush the coolant with a kit? Did you back flow the coolant? And one more question. Did you flush it with water hose or something with more pressure?

in the fuse box lower left side by the steering wheel.it should only be a 5 amp or orange in color

Check the fuses, or maybe a vacuum line to the unit is clogged or loose, if it has one.

Check out your idle sensor on your throttle body, had the same problem on my '06 4.6 liter..
