engine 4.0 overdrive 4x4,i think th trans may be a 55r5e not sure tho.
The turbine shaft speed sensor is located inside the transmission. The transmission will have to be removed and disassembled to access the sensor. The sensor you have now... sound about what it looks like.

I am trying to recharge my ac in a 2000 ford explorer. In front near the radiator on the drivers side there is a port with a black cover on it. The attatchment for recharge doesnt fit. There is a green smaller cover which said service port on it close by, that has a screw type fitting ( I thought that was it and it may have to be retrofitted) and then one up near the firewall on the passengers side. When I loosen that on I hear air seeping from that one. Can anyone help me
Yup, the last one should be the right one, but if you hear air seeping you will have to replace the valve on it. The valve is hard to find and your best bet is the dealer. It should be fairly inexpensive and comes off just like a tire valve. Once replaced, you can fit your a/c hose on the orifice a recharge it.

my 200 ford explorer turns over but wont start i know the fuel pump is running
yes the fuel pump is running, you know because when you put the key up and ready to start you can hear it. I know just what you are talking about I have had that same problem. It is about a $4,00 part should not be more then $10.00. So open the hood and then go to the fuse box you will want to change the fuel pump relay that is in the middle of power point and pcm power relay. Also there is another that has to do with the fuel and that is called fuel system this part is located on the right side of the fuse box and the other is on the left.
I hope that you have every thing work out for you please let me know what happens I hope it works out well.
