I have a 1989 Ford F 450 Super Duty, 7.3.L DSL
oil pressure sending unit is close to oil filter.temp sending unit on front of intake.check fuses for temp sending unit and coolant temp gauges if all is good make sure grounding is good.if grounds good your gauges is faulty.

I would take it to an accredited auto electrician with truck experience
everything is there but the wires will have to be sorted to find the correct ones and the electrician will have a good idea of what wires go where and that will take a bit of knowledge and a good multimeter

Theres acually a few things to check..Shocks could do that..The best way to check that is take one end off and push down on the shock and see if returns rapidly..Also some of the 450s have a stabilizer on the front ..Looks like a sideways shock..Make sure it not leaking or loose..It should have alot of resistance in both directions when pushing on it if you take it loose...Also get someone to turn the wheel back and forth and watch the play in the tierod ends..There should no rocking in the joint should turn smoothly..Also check the pitman arm which is on the driverside it hooks from the steering rod to the tierods..
