What needs to be checked and verified is the point gap. And if it is adjusted to the correct dwell, the timing will need to be set again also. Oil inside the ditributor and contaminating the points as well as the condensor is not good. You probably has a bad seal in the distributor shaft, causing oil to creep up into the distributor. You have replaced everything else, so that rules out those components, therefor I would check or have someone check the distributor and point dwell setting.
By the way, points always become out of spec, and should be checked regularly.
Also check for a possible vacuum leak on any hoses; cracks or splits. I know there are not many on this year vehicle, so it should be an easy task.

Just got a 66 mustang, car is sitting in a garage
If only the rear tire's are lock, you can still have it towed to your home, set rear of car on jack stands, remove tire, with hammer hit all around brake drum till it breaks loose, used a prie bar on wheel studs, over one and under an other one so you can turn drum.

Im trying to hook up a 100 amp alt to a 68 mustang
The one wire goes to the battery positive or positive on the solenoid. If this is right check your grounds, make sure the battery grounds to the body in the engine grounds to the body and the alternators grounded to the engine. If this is good take the battery and the alternator to an auto parts store to have it tested. These types of alternators have the voltage regulators inside them. Also make sure the belt is tight for the alternator. Good luck.

lack of a/c at highway speeds means no ram air
unless you are talking about the blend door at which point typically is the result of a defective vacuum check valve

I have a 1966 Mustang. 200 six cyl, auto. PROBLEM
Check to see if you have Power at the coil when the ignition is in the run position. Try to put the points on High cam so the points do not burn when you do this test. Also see if your Rotor is turning. You could have a broken timing chain or sheared off a Drive pin in the Distributor gear.
Check your Polarity at the coil. I do not see a new condenser as a replaced part, try a new one. Would be interested in knowing what you found.

Wiring diagram 1966 Mustang
I would search the internet for it. That's the only advice I can give you for now. Also when searching put in Wiring Schematics instead of diagram.

How do i adjust the valves on a 69 351 windsor
The only 351 Windsor with solid lifters is the 351 "R" 4V
1971-1972 Boss 351-HO. All others are hydraulic. To solve noise in hydraulic lifters, replace them and check push rod ends for wear (actually you really should change them, too) but many guys go "cheap charlie" on this.

How to install fan shield
You must remove the fan first, then slide the shroud over the front of the engine, you may have to use a bungee cord to keep it out of the way while you reinstall the fan. Then mount the shroud to the radiator mount. Check all clearances between the fan and the shroud. If they contact, you'll be replacing not only the fan and shroud but also the water pump since you'll damage the front shaft seal.

Need to replace the ignition switch on the dash
There is a special tool for opening the column up. You can get this from just about any auto parts store. You'll need to get the Haynes repair manual on the vehicle to know what it is exactly. Sometimes it is a Torx driver with a hole in the center, sometimes it is a phillips with the same hole. It all depends on what Ford was doing that year. The manual will identify which you need and what size and how long the driver needs to be to reach those screws.
