Torque specs for front spindle (nut hold brake drum in place)
Tighten till the wheel bearing is tight. No one really uses a specification for that, do it by feel. when the nut is tight, and there is no play in the bearing. Should be about 15-20 ft/lbs, with about .001-.003 end play if you need exact numbers though.

Carb Problem/ Identification
I have a 70 ford mustang originally a 2brl and now a 4 brl. No additional linkage was needed. You may have to re-route some vacuum lines. Since you have no tags on your carb you will have to take it to a carb shop. Mine was that way and I jacked around with Autozone, Napa, and O-riellys for2 weeks. Decided to take it to a carb shop and he just looked at it and knew exactly what it was.
oh by the way your carb does need re-built. My 70 did the same thing with ether or gas. Any carb shop can bench test it and tell you for sure for about $20

Will not crank or say anything
sounds like power is not making it from the ballery to the interior of the car. most likely due to corrision on the fuses and/or on the fuse block, on the back of the fuse block. or burnt wire. or someone forgot a wire when changing the cylinoid or hooked the wires to the wrong side of the relay.

Ignition tumbler 2003 dodge ram
First try a graphite spray in the cylinder, available at most auto parts stores. This may fix a sticky cylinder without having to remove the old one. Keep me posted. Good luck

HOW TO replace the spark plug wiring
take one boot from the distributor cap( and follow the same wire to the spark plug) off. find the replacement wire that is the closest in length to the one you just took off. Make sure you follow the same pattern the wire was ran when re-installing the new one. do this - ONE AT A TIME - with the remaining wires.

Ignition switch diagram 65 mustang
If its not on the steering column, you can figure it out using an ohmeter on the switch leads. Actually, you could figure out the one on the column that way too! just think about what the switch does in each position and attach wires that do it to the post that does it! IE: starter solenoid wire goes to post that is hot when key is turned all the way to start. Main hotlead is the one that is common to all switch positions. run and accessories is to the post that is hot with key on, accessory only is the one only hot with key turned backwards.

Won't start without priming
Sounds like the inlet valve isn't seating properly and allowing the carb bowl to drain out overnight. Make sure the needle valve is not binding and that the float tang is bent properly to set correct float level. Also, make sure carb to manifold nuts are securely tightened.

Putting together the 3 bows for convertible top
Do yourself and your Mustang convertible a favor. Have the top professionally installed. The bows are position sensitive and require adjustment so the top fabric is stretched just right. I had a 66 drop top that needed just fabric and I still paid a pro to do it.

65 mustang
it might be a problem with the electrical circuit.
first of all check your light bulb, replace it if fused.
else go for the spring check attached with the brake pedal n atlast the wire connection check.
Hope it works..:))
