Power windows do not work. fuse is fine
If all of the windows do not work and the fuse is fine, the problem is either the window switch on the drivers door or the wire is bad that provides power. Remove the door panel and meter the switch, if you get power to the switch but not through the switch the problem is the switch. If you are not getting power to the switch you know you have a wiring problem.

The original code assigned from the factory can not be changed. If you added another in addition to that one you can look in the manual for the instructions.

Reset theft system manually
The theft system can usually be reset with the key fob by locking and unlocking the doors. You can try disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds if the key fob does not reset the system
