Sun roof won't close 2004 Ford Explorer
The roof opening panel is an electronically operated panel that can be opened or closed by the roof opening panel switch. Actuating the switch in either a forward or rearward motion supplies a ground to the roof opening panel motor. The vent and soft-stop functions are controlled by the roof opening panel motor. These positions are obtained when an internal motor cam opens the roof position switch, removing the ground from the switch. The roof opening panel has an express open feature activated when the switch is pressed momentarily. The roof opening panel is closed by continuous activation of the switch until the sunroof stops movement. This function is controlled by the roof opening panel motor.

04 ford explorer heater blows cold coolant does not circulate
Number 12 is heater control valve. Number 11 is vacuum line, full vacuum and the valve will shut off coolant flow. I can't say the valve is the problem? Maybe the heater core needs to be flushed? When you say coolant doesn't flow, you mean through heater core?

Power windows and audio not working
This for power windows. The diagram should be enough to get you started on diagnostics. Check fuses and circuit breaker, also check for voltage on those circuits, use a test light to check for voltage. The accessory relay has to be energized. If you have voltage at load side of relay, you can bypass relay, with relay unplugged, use proper size jumper wire between terminals 30 and 87, the power windows should work. If so, the problem should be on the control/coil side of relay, voltage and ground, as you can see the instrument cluster grounds the coil side of relay.
I haven't looked at your audio yet?

2004 Ford Explorer XLT -4.0
First check for vacuum leaks. But your symtoms lead me to think that your catalitic converters are clogged. next time you start your engine check the pressure coming out of the exhaust pipe. there should be a decent amount. put your hand over the end, it should feel like it wants to blow it off. Have someone rev it up, and if the pressure doesn't increase alot then it's your converters. Another sure way to check is to remove an 02 sensor in front of the converter. If the engine performance increases, thats the problem.

How do i reset the outside keyless lock
You may have to contact the dealer about this if it cannot be found within your owners manual. They should have a code for you to be able to reset this. Hope this helps.

2004 Ford Explorer XLT.....The radio and gas gauge quit
The check engine light will represent fault codes that the computer is sensing. Have a mechanic, or go to your local auto parts superstore and have them scan for the fault codes. This will at least give you an idea about some of your problems.

How is the rear wiper cowling removed on a 2004 ford explorer?
This is a guide on how I removed my rear hatch panel so everyone else doesn't have to search through countless threads with vague instructions on how to do it. Step 1: Remove the plastic pins around the top pf the hatch. These should be the same color as your interior. To remove them you can either buy the actual tool to do it at any local car parts store, or just take a set of screwdrivers and pry. Step 2: Remove 2 screws holding the pull strap in. It's that little thing that hangs off the panel when you open the hatch up. The 2 screws are directly under the strap's base. Step 3: Pop out the plastic piece from the lock indicator. It just pops out with a little prying from your screwdriver. Step 4: Remove a screw next to the lock indicator. It should be underneath where the plastic piece we just pried out was. Step 5: Yank the panel off. To do this, pull it towards the front of the truck, and it shoulc just pop out. You may get all the front clips and need to force the rear clips forward by hand. To replace it, just do the steps in reverse.

Donde esta el fusible del aire acondicionado?
All fuses that control the system including the compressor clutch relay are in the underhood fuse and relay center. The fuses are all explained in the owner's manual, if you don't have a manual go to ford fleet and download a free one.
