My 2004 Explorer cranks over but won't start?.......pls pls help?
First lets see if it's missing spark or fuel do this. Remove a spark plug wire insert a screwdriver into the boot and then hold the metal part of the screwdriver 1/2 in. away from a metal part of the engine block then have someone crank the engine while you watch for spark, to check for fuel. locate and remove the plastic cap on the fuel rail then depress the schraeder valve and then have someone turn the switch on fuel should spray out. Note do these tests in this order to prevent fire. When you find what's missing, use testimonial to find out what to do next. I would explain how to troubleshoot either problem but just one is going to take long enough. I'll wait for several hours for you to reply. If you can't do it now then some other time. I hope this helps. Take care. Remember to use testimonial to reply or just say Hi! Thanks

No heat, damper door opening closing cyclic fasion
Sounds like the blend door. Unfortunately it is under the center of the dashboard. When you get to the point where you are removing the lower plastic framework under the dash, just cut the plastic between the two screws under the driver's side bottom, that way you do not have to remove the entire dashboard.

Power windows stopped working.
Look in your owners manual for the underhood fuse box. There are some models which have several sets of fuses. Also check your window lockout button which should be on the drivers door or center console. This is a safety feature to keep kids from playing with the windows.
It is not impossible to lose 2 motors at once, because I've done that, but 4 window motors at once is a stretch. Hope this helps.

How to remove headlight 2004 ford explorer
Open the hood. On top of the headlight housing are two slide locks, one at each end. You pull up on the slide locks, and then you can pull the light housing forward and disconnect the electrical connections..

Just had front LH side bearing assm replaced. now ABS light is on and 4x4 light is flashing. When I put it in 4 wd i get resistance when turning w/ a loud noise
Unfortunately, for several years, various vehicles could have ABS and other of the same year, make, and model might not have. Perhaps yours is one of these.
I suppose you know the ABS system often uses magnetic sensors to determine whether ABS is necessary to interact with your stopping distance.
I think the NON-ABS has no magnets, the ABS does.
This could have included the wheel bearings.
The garage may have put the wrong bearing set on the car, and does not wish to "eat" the mistake.
In some cases, the mechanic might have to spend a few hundred dollars out of HIS pocket to fix your problem.
Some garages demand such things of their mechanics.
You should probably not drive the vehicle until it is fixed properly.
God bless your efforts.

New ford rear caliper wont bleed
Most bleeders look like the photo ... with a spring loaded ball bearing. You might try sticking a sturdy wire down the bleeder ... maybe something is stuck. Or to make sure it is the bleeder and not something else ... take it totally out and see if you get any fluid at all coming out of the caliper. That can be a bit messy so be prepared with a way to catch the brake fluid.
Good luck on your troubleshooting
