1996 Ford Thunderbird - What is this sagging cable?
It is your e-brake cable. e-brakes are mechanical, not hydraulic, therefore it has nothing to do with your master cylinder. adjust the cable at the e-brake itself or re-hang the cable to its rightful resting place.

Fuel pump dose not come on, hear click in dash
Ford products have a safety switch called an Inertia switch and it cuts the power off from going to the fuel pump. It is resettable with the push of a button on the switch. The location of this switch varies even year to year. If you have an air suspension, they like to mount the 2 switches close together. Both would probably be in the trunk. The other locations are behind the foot kick panels above the floor carpet or under the dash behind and below the glovebox. You can go online and search the statement: 1996 thunderbird Inertia switch location. They are meant to work by disengaging in a crash. A bump, trunklid slam, doorslam can activate it. If it activates once it does not mean it is defective or prone to do it again. The right vibration will trigger it.Please rate my info.

Engine cooling fan will not opperate
check that you have a thermal switch to switch on the fan and not a temp sender unit. One completes the curcuit when a set temp is reached ,the other is a resistance unit that lowers the voltage which in turn reads hotter on the gauge.
