Speedometer Cable
Speedo cables give little trouble these days unless incorrectly fitted or the seizure of the speedo. Few cars in the last couple of decades actually have a speedo cable at all.
There have been a few vehicles with split cables, designed that way because the end fittings were difficult to access, though the joint was usually obvious and very accessible.
The illustration looks like a lower cable with a plain end being clamped to the gearbox by a fork and trapping an oil seal, though a great many upper cables appeared little different except the oil seal was absent and they were secured to the speedo by a spring clip.
One problem is the end fittings of speedo cables are semi-universal and it is possible your car has already been fitted with a cable of non-original design. In the case of doubt the original cable should be removed and compared with the replacement and I advise you to disconnect from the gearbox first and give the inner cable a brisk turn and check whether the speedo needle flickers. If it does the trouble could be the speedo drive in the gearbox.
WHY ARE THE INJECTOR NOT WORKING 95 ASPIRE
The fuel injector circuit has to be operating for the injectors to work. Look for one hot wire to each injector with the key in ON. If there is no power to any injector, the injector fuse may have blown. Each injector has two wires to it- a power wire (hot in on or start) and a ground wire going to the engine computer. Check if there is power to the injectors.

If its fillable you do it down the dipstick tube with a small funnel. Check the level after 5 mins warm up and running the stick through all gears. You don't need to drive it, just operate the stick.

Disconnect the motor mounts and jack the engine to remove the oil pan. Remove the oil pan, replace the oil pump you'll find at the end of a pick up tube, replace the pump and put the pick up tube back on the new pump making sure it's in the same low position it was when removed, replace the oil pan gasket and put the oil pan back on, lower the engine and put the motor mount bolts back in. Put in the proper amount of oil and go.
