Oil gauge not working
Find the sending unit for the oil guage on teh engine block. disconnect the wire and connect it to chasis ground. if the meter pegs then the sending unit is bad or you actually have low oil pressure. If the meter does nothing then you eithe have a wiring problem or a faulty meter.

I have a '79 30'
i have seen this problem on many dodge motorhomes , does the air cleaner have the electric device on it? if it does i suggest reverting the engine back to the old style distributor that does not require it as those tend to go out and cause a lot of problems,it is a fairly easy solution if you are mechanicaly inclined and you wont see many problems with the electrical system of the engine afterwards.the hardest part of this solution is finding 1 of the older style distributors

When i floor the car it does a little like back
Sounds like you just need a tune up but here are some other possibilities:
bad ignition coil, incorrect timing, fouled spark plug(s), old and/or worn ignition wires and/or other secondary ignition components.
