Sounds like one of the doors are not closing all the way!If not closed completely there is not good contact at the switches making it seem like a door is partly open when breaking! Check all doors for tight close and adjust or repair. Including rear hatch !Also look at the information center on dash (if still lights up) it should say which "Door is Ajar" when the beeping\lights flashing is occurring.

Ho, ho, ho!At a local junk yard where I live they sell the horn button/airbag for $25. You take them off yourself. On either side of your horn button you should see two plastic plugs the same color as the horn button. If you will pop these out, they will uncover 2 screws. Removing those will give you access to 4 bolts which will remove the whole center-of -the-steering-wheel assembly.Be blessed.

I am having this same issue. I have changed my brakes and now I was going to change the front wheel bearing, but unsure to dump a lot of money out on an unsure fix.
Let me know if anyone has a fix?

Tune-up current? Spark plugs, ignition wires or coils, coil pack can cause misfires. Is the Check Engine or Service Engine soon light on? If so, get it checked out. Most Auto Parts stores will do this for FREE. Good luck/

Do you have a scan tool that can access DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's from the body computer . SJB - smart junction box .That would be the first thing to do . The SJB controls (turns on ) this light's . A problem with the circuit will set a code that should point to the problem area . Doesn't need to be ford dealer ,there are independent repair shops that can diagnose this.

Do you know anything about automotive electronic's ? body control modules , ford's SJB - smart junction box. Do you own a professional scan tool that can read codes in the SJB ? Auto part stores can not read these code's . Do you know how to do automotive electrical trouble shooting ,using a DVOM -digital volt ohm meter ? If not , your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop. Principles of Operation The smart junction box (SJB) sends multiple voltage reference signals to the multifunction switch. When the multifunction switch is in the LH or RH TURN positions, or the hazard lamp switch is engaged, that input signal is routed to ground. When the SJB receives a request for a turn signal or hazard lamps, the SJB supplies voltage to the appropriate turn lamps. Do you know what a wiring diagram is ?
