No power from turbo at

tubo units get compressor drive power from the exhaust pressure acting on the turbine wheel, not after the turbine wheel so exhaust pipe /flange leaks are non effective what you problem indicates is a holes in the intake system after the compressor wheel from bad intercooler pipes /hoses loose and or holes in the intercooler another place of failure is a faulty boost dump valve that is not allowing pressure to build up at all make sure that the air filter is new as any restriction is a problem of course you could always take the car to an accredited turbo repair shop and just talk about it and get information as to the possible problems

I need the procedure for changing the head gasket

Sorry you are having trouble.
This is a major under job. You did not specify the engine size.
A manual will be a great help to you but I will tell you the basics
Remove the exhaust from the head (difficult)
Remove the intake manifold(difficult)
Remove everything else connected to the head(difficult)
Remove head(easy)
Install new gasket (easy)
Put it all back together
I hope this helps

Battery Drain when parked.

First off, how old is the battery? It is possible it might be stratified and its just no longer holding a charge well. I've had batteries that are 2 or 3 years old and then they just go dead if I don't start them up every day or so. (Some batteries are just made better than others) If the battery is brand new, then check for some possible wiring shorts. Try looking at the engine running in the dark and try moving around the wiring harness to see if by chance you see any sparks or arcs of electricity. Other than that, you might have to have a qualified auto electric mechanic to check it out for any abnormal power drains.

Start not starting

it sounds like a fuel pump .remove the fuel inspection cap on the fuel rail at the top of the engine and make a pump presser check, must be around 45-65 psi, anything lower means a defected pump.another way of checking a pump is banging on the fuel tank while having some body cranking the eng. if the eng fires up it means it is a pump.

Do a OBD1 fault code test and see if a speed sensor code shows up, if this sensor is defective it will cause the truck to drop out oif OD. The VSS sensor is located on the drivers side of the transmission case. Use the Check engine light flash out to read the code.

it sounds like the starter solenoid contacts are not separating to stop the starter from turning.the run on is due to the starter not stopping causing the motor to continue to spin.replace the starter unit as it will have damage due to being engaged with the motor running, also have the flywheel inspected to make sure the teeth are not damaged on it.
