Try using a carb cleaner or fuel treatment for a carb car only not fuel injected. Is it fuel injected? check first does help. Make sure the oil level is right and tyre pressure should be around 28-30 psi per tyre.
Oil pressure
1) use the correct viscosity oil
2) Is the oil dipstick looks OEM. It may be a universal replacement.
Next time when you do oil change + filter. use the right amount of oil and check is where the dipstick read,
Stick with that level as FULL.
Coil / capacitor?
Could be a problem with the reader coil for your transponder immobiliser. The Corrado's ignition key has a transponder chip inside it which is matched to the ECU. There is a small coil inside the ignition which reads the code from the key. These quite often go faulty.

if your like is staying on it may mean the brakes are sticking and if thats not the case your sensor could be loose so whenever you apply the brakes its reading it as your slamming on the brakes.
