code p 1494 refers to EVAP system leak detected p1495 is EVAP solenoid /valve fault when searching for fault codes go to the browser page and type in --- fault code ( what ever code you get -- there are plenty of pages describing the fault and how to fix one entry for each code

Your circuit is analog. See the upper right corner of the diagram. The PCM is getting the signal, or the car would not be shifting right. You must have a bad connection from the "T" in the diagram to the cluster. If that "T" is under the car, it is susceptible to the harsh environment.

It sounds like a dodgy fuel pump to me!

Does the cooling fan come on ? Not the thermostat . Sitting still no air movement through the radiator ,when you drive air flows through the radiator. I would be looking at a problem with the cooling fan . Relay maybe, fan motor etc...

Where did he get the power from to run the fan,if he just used a hot wire from inside the car it most likely blew the fuse for ignition as the engine fan gets its power from a relay in the power distribution box under the hood as far as the fan goes if it ran with the wire then the engine coolant temp sensor is probably bad

How do you know that ? safety nuetral switch and relays are all good . Did you check then with electrical testing ? Battery , battery cables , connections ! Just Crack it up take the cap off and let it run for a while if it has air in it you should see bubbles coming out.let it run for 20 minutes like that.

the ignition "control" module is internal to the engine control module. however the ignition coil is mounted right on top of the engine on the valve cover. don't forget to unlock the lock on the connector before unplugging it or you might break the connector trying to unplug it

The tachometer signal wire out of engine control module is grey/lt. blue.

the crank sensor is located on the back of the engine above the oil filter. remove the connector and the bolt that holds it in (only one) and remove with a twisting motion. try not to pry it because they can break off in there!!!

Well there is no distributor, so you can't change ignition timing. Are you talking about replacing the timing belt ?
