No wiring to temp sencer
Need to find where the wiring comes out of the harness that goes to the sensor. The sensor connector is about $14 with pigtails, and the sensor it'self will be about $10. If you have a professional do this, I can't see this costing more than $100 total. Very easy access.
I need to bypass my igition switch
The problem you are experiencing is the security anti theft system. It will literally shut off you starter or injectors to prevent theft (or when it fails, like in your situation) You can bypass this feature and leave your existing ignition as is.

Making a loud humming noise
It sounds like a bad tire, possibly a broken belt. Check the sidewalls and tread of all the tires for bulges. If good it probably is a bad wheel bearing. Try to isolate from where and what side. If the noise gets louder turning one direction but not the other, then more likely a bearing. If it stays constant both directions but gets louder with speed, then suspect a tire.
Air Conditioner works intermittently
It could be your low pressure cycle switch is going bad. Check the connection to the switch and it's is located on the A/C Accumulator. The other thing to check is the A/C relay and that is located in the glove box. There is a panel in the glove box that say's relay, there is three relays in there and one of the out side relay's out of the three is the A/C. can not remember which one it is. The middle relay is the fuel pump and the other one is the third break light. Switch the two out side relays and see if your A/C get's better. the other thing too is if the R134a is just a little low, and needs to be topped off.
Good luck and hope this helps. if your going to try to recharge the A/C system your self, keep in mind not to over charge.
Where is the fuel pump fuse located on my 1998
It is in the fuel tank,of course the fuel tank will have to be removed to access the fuel pump, this can be done by removing the filler tube from the fuel tank, and removing the straps that hold the tank up in the vehicle.Use a jack, and have someone help you lower the tank enough to remove the wire harness connector, and the fuel lines, then lower the tank, with help, down, and out from under the vehicle. Then remove the retaining ring with a brass punch and hammer,it turns counter clock wise, and the unit just lifts out, mark it ,so it will be easy to align when installing the new pump assembely. If this was at all helpful, please rate, and thank you.
