that happened to me one time, I used a hacksaw to remove the the lock from the steering column after that i just used a stick to start my car.

Only way is to get a coat hanger and make a small hook on one end and try to slide it between the window and door panel and try to hook the door latch from inside the door.

What you are saying is the engine runs rough under load.If the fuel system is in good condition, the ignition system would be my first target.You mentioned plugs wires and rotor. Did you replace the cap ?What about the coil ? The pickup in the bottom of the distributor ?Any of these components could cause a miss-fire.Even a faulty O2 sensor could cause a lean fuel mixture. Is the check engine light on when you are driving ?

is the coolant level staying full or do you have to add ? the moisture in oil cap is normal for an engine that sets, condensation forms as the engine cools down.the smoke you noticed may have been moisture burning off the exhaust as the engine warms to normal operating temp. you need to drive the truck to see if it starts to overheat or run poorly. letting it set or just starting it up for a while will most likely not help find a problem.

If it's like most all other door panels, you have a couple of phillips screws in the arm rest, a screw behind the handle, (inside the vehicle), the window crank usually has a c=clip behind it, you can usually just push it out with a screwdriver. sometimes it's held there by a screw. The outer edges of the panel are held to the door by plastic rivits, just take a medium sized flathead screwdriver and pry it beteen the panel and the door, and slide it till hit one of those rivits, then just pull on the screwdriver thereby pulling out the rivits.

Try replaceing the injection module on the side of the injection pump.

Bad fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum line to it and see if it has fuel in it. If it has that is your problem.

So you are saying your engine does not crank? Battery connections, at the posts and check the ground connection to the frame and/or engine. Use an OHM meter to check for breaks on wires or for bad connections (all readings should be close to zero). If that all checks out, it has to be at the starter solenoid-check there for all connections, and if they check out, I'd check for bad relays or fuses in the power distribution box under the hood, and/or replace the starter solenoid.

Well, you have to have the juice to heat the glow plugs and then spin the motor fast enough to get it to fire. Either jump start with a vehicle that has a high cca battery or charge it up.
