I had the exact same problem with the exact same Van. I simply adjusted the throttle cable under the hood. So that instead of trying to idle around 350rpm, it is now idling between 500-550rpm. Hope this helps. *I did, at first, change the Mass Airflow Sensor and new Air filter. That seemed to help a bit, but I would still get low idle code. And it wouldn't idle until the engine warmed up. After adjusting the Throttle cable, I've had no more issues.

Check for power at the splice/connector. Also check fuses as it should have different fuses for trailer lighting. Also Try this site http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. Full of useful info.

if you have specific details as to the times , rpms , conditions that cause the problems take it to an accredited auto transmission specialist shop and have it diagnosed with your details they should be able to pinpoint the fault as it will not be uncommon

The actuator is probably way up under the dash and impossible to see until you remove AC pipes or glove box. Check shop manual if possible.

This may be related to the antitheft system The system is known for turning off the starter and/or injectors when it fails. Is there a light on the dash that says SECURITY? This is a common problem worth looking into. http://www.diy-gm-security.com/

The HR arrow is the left one and the MIN arrow is on the right.

Here's the instructions from the manual:

Press and hold the HR or MIN arrow for two seconds.
Then press HR until the correct hour appears on
the display. Press and hold MIN until the correct minute
appears on the display. The time may be set with the
ignition on or off.
Hold either arrow down for two seconds and then you can adjust the hour and minutes.

because ignition key has a chip that allow ecm to start the engine if you are using a key copy it will not working, if you don't have the original key with the chip on it you must take vehicle to the dealer to disable the security program on engine computer

Check for damaged linkage cable or the shifter it self.

Turn signal doesn't have a relay. If your talking about the flasher, it is built into the hazard switch. Which yours may or may not be in the turn signal switch. If the hazard is on the column, then it is in the switch. In the dash, it's not. I haven't worked on the express, but that's where GM puts them.

had the same problem. Trace pink wire in harness rubbing on dogbox frame in engine compartment.

• Yea that fan seems like a pain but all you have to do is stabilize it. A strap wrench is ideal but a belt will work too. Use this to stabilize your fan.
• Now there is a nut on the back. Trick is this is a left handed thread. Right turns to loosen.

Hello. there are two fuses for the power outlets. check them both to make sure they are good. here is the fuses you need to check. both of these fuses are located in the fuse block under the hood.

CIGAR FUSE numbered 30 it is a blue 15 amp fuse.
the other fuse is AUX PWR numbered 29 it is a yellow 20 amp fuse
