Not all cars are equipped with a block heater...in fact the vast majority of cars aren't...If you have one it is in the engine blocks cooling jacket, or it may be in the radiator hose. If you can locate a 3 prong electrical plug on the front of your Aveo, follow the cord back to the engine and you'll see where it is.

Are you looking from the trunk to the top of the rear deck? You are correct though in most factory installed audio systems, the size and quality of the speakers is unique and low quality. Generally any aftermarket speakers you buy will have to be bolted using holes that you drill in the deck. A leaking fuel pressure regulator , a fuel injector stuck on , , high fuel pump pressure . Is the check engine light lit or a security light ? Anti-theft system problem . What is the fuel pressure ? are the injectors firing ?

Did they check to see if any reprogramming or up dated software for the PCM is avilable ? Sometime computer gliches will cause problems an the dealer can do a reflash to fix the problem .
