2004avalanche wont take gas

I'm assuming that you mean it is very difficult to fill the gas tank at some gas stations. It often seems like it "kicks" if you look at it cross eyed. It's irritating, and some gas stations seem worse than others. The filler neck takes a sharp bend right by the opening, and reduces dramatically in diameter. Some pumps push out at higher volumes, and other pumps are more sensitive to the back-pressure, causing it to "kick" prematurely. The solution I found was to rotate the nozzle in the tank opening. If you turn it so the handle is at the 5 o'clock position it will sometimes work. Occasionally I've had to hold the nozzle upside down. Or just avoid that station.

Abs light on brake peddel goes down low

Usually if the hydraulic brakes are the issue you would have the ABS and the regular brake warning light on at the same time.I would check the fluid level in the master cyl first. The master cylinder could be failing.

Code p0300 and p0449

I'm assuming you have compression on those two cylinders and you have visually checked to see if the cylinders have spark and injector pulse. The code 449 is for a problem with the evap vent valve solenoid. Is there a vac hose near those cylinders that goes to the vapor canister or the evap solenoid ? Could be a vac leak.

2004 avalanche wont take gas when filling tank

here is a common problem with these trucks. The fuel tank evap canister vent becomes plugged. ( it's a sealed poly tank ) This can cause your fuel tank to be sucked in causing damage to the tank, Fuel level sensor ect. If you hear a sucking sound when you go to refuel its a good idea to have this checked. This happens all the time on oilfield trucks. In many cases the vent has been moved to a different location to prevent this from happening. many people have complained of this exact same thing on this exact same truck. If you are able to afford a good mechanic, He will know what to do if you print this answer or tell him this information. good luck... Tim

Ac low pressure port location

There should be two ports on the ac lines, one is bigger than the other to help prevent you from connecting to the wrong side of the compressor. The ports are covered with plastic caps.

Location of ac low pressure port location 2004 chevorlet avalanch

Look back on the firewall for the two a/c lines. One is large and on is much smaller. The larger line is the low pressure line. Follow that line back to the compressor. The low pressure port will be on that line. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

I turn the key every thing comes on except the engine

Check your starter Relay. It can be jumped from side to side with 1 battery jumper cable. It will spark, try venting the area if in an enclosed garage. If the motor spins, either the starter relay is bad or the signal from the ignition switch is not getting through.Jiggle the gearshift, check under the brake pedal lever for any switch operated by the brake pedal for being broken or knocked loose. There is a safety interlock which prevents starting if the gear is not in Park or neutral, some require the brake pedal to be pressed as well. Finally, your key has a computer chip and if it broke, the vehicle will not start. Try another set off keys if you have them. Also the burgular alarm may cut out the starter.

2004 alvalanche scraping and grinding noise in the front. Brakes where checked. Does not happen when I step on th brakes

If it happens when you're driving straight ahead, may be a bad wheel bearing. If it happens while turning, probably a bad CV (constant velocity) joint.F
