you need on line repair manual or look on you tube for instruction how to remove tv.

use OBD II scanner. if there is a code in the pcm, it wil point you in the right direction. if not, go back to old school diagnostics. check for spark, check fuel pressure, check compression. if these appear ok, check timing.

go too ur drivers side door and put the key in the lock and lock the door and wait for the alarm too go of u might need too try it a few times

this could be a seal and not too bad to replace. there is a special tool for removing the fitting. make sure you understand how it works to avoid problems.the fuel line has to be bled down so that you don't get sprayed when separating the lines. check the lines for bent flanges and for seals. replace as necessary.install the new seal with the special tool it looks like a spring.then get out the racing tires and have some quality time.
