2003 chevy cavalire thermostat replacment
The thermostat is usually in a part called the "goose neck" and will be at the engine end of one of your large radiator hoses - where they connect with engine. Depending on the engine (2.2 , 2.8 ) it can be up high or on front side of engine. Look at places where big radiator hoses connect to engine and you will see a round area with a few bolts in it that are part of the spot hose connected to. This is usually where the thermostat is located. Drain the radiator - remove the radiator hose (put bucket under area to catch more anti freeze) and you can usually use a flashlight and see thermostat in the big hole where hose was. Take off the few bolts and pull off round part (goose neck) and pop old thermostat out. Make sure you clean both sides of area and replace gasket when putting new one in. Will try to add a picture of a goose neck to this.

Turn signal won't work
Start by checking the light bulbs. They are accessible in the trunk for the rear and in the bumper for the front. If bulbs are intact, then check your fuse box. Remember that you have two fuse boxes, one in the vehicle usually on the driver side and can be accessed as you open the door. You have a second fuse box under the hood usually on the driver side. Most fuses are labeled. With a test light, you should be able to determine if fuses are good or not. Good luck and happy motoring.
