Tps has nothing to do with sparks. If you had sparks going to the distrubuter but none coming out, the cap or rotor is not installed correctly.

Dome light issues with Chevrolet Express van. Easy Fix
To the right of the headlight switch/knob, there is a square plastic base for the "dimmer" It has a post-like button in the center .. above the post is a switch - it doesn't look like one (it reads "Dome Off"). Press it in, and the interrior lights will come on when the doors open, etc. I just had my van serviced, and had to do this myself.

2001Chevrolet van will not start no juice gettinto modular
it could be that your transmission linkage cable between your cabin gear select/shifter and your transmission has become disconnected.
another cause of sticking in a gear would be a torque converter (basically, the "clutch" of an auto transmission) gone bad. first step to check on the transmission physical health is to check the tranny fluid. it should be a very bright, transparent red- free of smell. if it is crimson, dark, or opaque, and/or smells almost "fishy", change the fluid immediately, and dont expect the transmission to hold out for too much longer, if the fluid has that smell and/or is full of metallic specs.
if you have a lot of miles on the vehicle, you may want to have a shop change the automatic transmission fluid anyway, and check for any metal shavings in the drained fluid.
Torque values for a 2001 Chevy express van
Torque spec for what part of vehicle, your question is too broad. If you want all torque specs for everything, you need to access online automotive database, then search for torque specs.
Autozone.com probably has some torque specs for your vehicle, you have to register your vehicle, it's free. Click on "vehicle repair guides" follow the links.
How do I replace the headlight on my chevy express van.
Open the hood. Look directly behind the head light assembly. There will be two bolts or two metal/plastic tabs that you have to pull up on. Most likely tabs. One could be hidden under the radiator cover. Pull out on the assembly, if something is still holding it, it is just pop out tabs. pull straight out. Twist out the socket and install in reverse order.
