The Lock Assembly has 2 Clips on it for the KEY and for the Lock Lever and if the has Power Locks, the Clips goes directly into it. Getting the Lock Clips on for the KEY is the Tricky part but you can do it

Check Ignition switch? It might be faulty.

hook up fuel pressure gauge see what it reads,could be low,or u can try spraying starting fluid in it take off air cleaner make sure starting fluid is getting in intake,if it starts quicker id say low fuel pressure is problem

Could be a defective cap and rotor on the distributor.

Dump a little gas in the intake and if it runs for a few seconds then it prob your pump
