Low side and high side pressures are high. Usually indicates an over charged system. do you have a charging guage! if not, go to any auto parts store to get one. advanced auto, auto zone ETC, this guage will tell you the correct amount of freon to put in it, on the low side only.

1995 silverado has a distributor, remove the the distributor cap, make sure the distributor spins with the engine. also make sure the ignition rotor is not burned out or have a hole were it makes contact with the cap. also make sure the cap has a good carbon inside to make contact with the rotor, at this time get a screw driver, put it on the end of the wire from the coil to the cap, don't touch the metal part of the screwdriver, it will shock you if good, so put it at 5/16 from any metal on the engine, bracket, alternator , thermostat housing no matter, some one turns the engine over, check to see if the coil produces a spark, if the rotor turns, if ok it should have spark on all the wires, if it has no spark, remove the wire from the ignition coil and check if you have spak at the coil, if you have no spark, try getting a wire lead, connect it from the battery ground on one end, a screw driver on the coil to check for spark, and the other end of the wire with the key on, touch the - negative plug on the coil, that should produce a spark, if not spark yet, make sure you do have power at the coil with key on, if you do and it doesn't produce spark, replace coil. if it does spark but it is weak or yellow in color, replace coil. if coil is fine, replace distributor module,

it sound like ignition is faulty, when you turn youre key to turn on ignition on there is a plastic barrel on the end of the ignition lock,which has two ball bearing which move round when you turn the key and connect the two wires. try the easy option first enter key part way in then squirt some WD repeat till you are sattisfide or sure it is or is not the problem.SOOTY

Your blower motor and its speeds are connected to a group of resisters on the fire wall on passenger side under the hood. These wire-ends on each wire can overheat and short out no longer making contact. I would cut them off and buy gold plated heavy duty wire ends to crimp on along with soldering them. This got me going again and maybe you too.

Did you connect the engine ground strap to the frame. Also check that the engine turns over by hand. Use a socket on the crankshaft nut to turn engine over. I f it turns the check all wires going to stster for power. You should have power at the S terminal only when the key is in start position. If you have a voltmeter check voltage at starter battery terminal. It should read 12.6 volts or higher. If your not getting 12 volts then it is possible you have too much resistence in the positive battery cable and it needs replacing.

Listen if you stink at electrical problems then you are not know that you have two fuse boxes :the interior systems, the box is facing the driver door to the left of the instrument panel. The exterior fuse panel is behind the battery. Try check that exterior fuse panel as it could be causing the problem inside. You jumping it may only burn up everything and start fire. Safety is most important thing to remember.

Most likely it would be the fuel filter. Sometimes debris can get stuck in the filter and clog it up. Letting it sit lets debris settle hence the cold start being fine. I suggest changing the fuel filter. If that does not fix the problem change the pump also. If you are looking for a slim chance but possible cheap fix try putting some fuel injector cleaner through the system. This might fix the problem even if it is the fuel filter but be warned it is a temporary fix and the fuel injector cleaner does leave a gummy substance on the fuel filter and might make your problem worse. So if you choose this route you should change your fuel filter in the not to distant future.

It could be clutch problem, did you check the clutch basket ? If not, check the gearbox oil level.
