Car wont start
Try a little starting fluid in the intake and see if it runs a few seconds. If it does, it could be low fuel pressure or an injector problem. Maybe they aren't pulsing.
You have voltage to the injectors; now check the ground circuit: Use a test light and clip the lead to the POSITIVE post of battery. Put the probe into the ground terminal on an injector connector, and have someone crank the car over. If the test light is blinking, the ground circuit is good. When it blinks, that is when the computer is grounding the circuit for injector pulse to occur.
Water in oil
Water in oil is usually caused by a cracked engine block. This is a serious problem which could have been caused by the water freezing inside the engine. Water freezing in the engine could be caused by insufficient anti-freeze in the water. Of course the other possible cause of finding water in the oil could be by a defect in the metal structure of the engine block. Either way....that indication usually points to a worthless engine.
