1994 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Questions & Answers
I have a 94 silverado
nothing to do with transmission oil levels
It has everything to do with the clutch operation not fully disengaging
possible air in system, problem clutch master cylinder
if the system has not had replacement slave and master cylinder since new , replace with new items
other more serious problems include clutch plate linings , oil/ grease on linings and spigot bearing / bush seizing on the gear box input shaft and not allowing the shaft to stop spinning when the clutch is disengaged
Tests are simple
if when using the clutch , there is no shuddering, slipping etc then the plate is eliminated as a problem and that leaves the spigot bush/ bearing
the fix here is the box out and clutch removal so do the hydraulic system first as it is the cheapest

The inside, large pin, that pushes out to the hydroboost, may have fallen out when you took off the booster. Also the pin from the booster to the master cylinder may have been stuck inside the hydroboost that you took out. Pull the master cylinder off. You will see that the large shaft/pin is missing. Good luck.

1994 3500hd front left turn signal won't work
The wire feeding the front left turn signal is likely crimped or stretched and touching the body somewhere. Do you best to trace the left front turnsignal wire back as far as you can - even just jiggling it might give you short term solution (although it will probably come back).
The fast flash of the rear light is because the short up front is letting too much electricity run through the flasher module. This makes it run too fast. Find the short up front, and both problems will be solved.
Looking for name of part goes on 94 6.5 diesel
94 chevy 3500 dually 6.5L turbo diesel - starts fine- then sometimes when hot, turns over but hard to restart, sometimes when driving and I accelerate it hesitates or misses as if not getting fuel I let off of pedal then re-accelerate and smooths out - any idea ?
Alternator
Yes it is the wire that comes from the alternator/battery lite in the dash.
1994 chevy 3500 6.9 diesel you drive it acs like running out of fuel half to bleed lines to get air out to start back up
sounds like u got a clogged fuel filter, or you have got a fuel line somewhere that is sucking air in, could be anywhere from the pump back to the tank, if that shows no luck, get a piece of clear hose and put that just before the pump and look for bubbles, the slightest of bubbles will cause it do run rough and stall failing this and there is no air bubbles i would say your injector pump needs rebuilding but this is rather unlikely unless u have got a fair few miles on ithope this helps
