ECM fuse keeps popping and fuel system don't work
There should be two ECM fuses. Number one powers the injectors and some of the solenoids along with the ECM. Number two or B powers the fuel pump relay and the rest of the ECM including the sensors that provide data to the ECM. Both are 10amp circuits. You may need to get a shop manual to have the wiring diagrams to troubleshoot the circuits.
S15 timing cover
if you are replacing the crank seal you do not have to remove cover, and yes you have to remove alt bracket to remove cover. not reverse thread on crank pulley take a 15/16 boxed wrench and hammer and keep banging.i just did mine this weekend
How do you change the oil pump on a GMC S15
First off I'd thoughly clean underneath with maybe brake of grease cleaner. after dried, place a long piece of cardboard underneath to positively determine where the leak is. leaks do travel and can mislead you to the location of the problem
Starting problems
This truck doesn't have a carburetor (fuel injection) so that is not it.
Accessory belt
if this pulley is not the a/c compressor, power steering pump, air pump, water pump altenator, then is is either a tensioner pulley or an idler pulley. the tensioner pulley is mounted on an arm that is spring loaded, the idler is stationary.
