2003 ford mustang, overheating, check
This problem could be fixed by a new thermostat, however if this does not fix it then you may need a new head gasket or some deeper motor work ( which is why they want to do a new engine) most shops these days do not want to get onto motor work, the reason being is, it is expensive and timely, and often makes the shop "resposible" for every little problem that happens to the engine afterwards which isn't worth the trouble.

After replacing battery radio will not work
Sounds like the anti theft system was activated somehow by the lack of current from the battery. Try some web searches or look for an owners forum, or check out the Taurus owners forum which I've linked for you below. Chances are good someone else has had this problem too and someone will have posted the fix.

Trouble code p052
You could have got a bad coil pack. Primary and secondary are the coil pack. Possibilities are plug wires and spark plugs also. not likely though.

Engine block number location 2001 mustang 3.8
SHOULD BE NEXT TO THE MOTOR MOUNT ON THE BLOCK AND IT IS NOT STAMPED IN LIKE YOU THINK.. THEIR IS A SMALL FLAT SPOT AND IT IS ENGRAVED . SO BE CAREFUL WHEN CLEANING IT OFF.. NO HARD BRISTLE WIRE BRUSH. USE A TOOTH BRUSH TO CLEAN OFF .. IT IS ENGRAVED.. I KNOW. IT MUST BE EASIER THAN PUTTING A STAMP ON THEM NOW..

Engine block stamped number location
its by the motor mount bracket area.. on the block.. its really hard to see. so you need to clean it off really really good.. and don't use a wire brush for they are not stamped in the deep.. they are barely their... should be a flat spot in front of the mount on the block.. get plenty of light and a some really good glasses to see it.. it looks like they used a engraving tool on it.. not a stamp like we are use too .. just be careful cleaning it.. NO WIRE BRUSH... IF SO VERY VERY LIGHTLY..
