Radiator
When this happens there are several causes. If this is engine oil, a head gasket is probably leaking. Worst would be cracked motor block. There is also transmission fluid in the Radiator if you have a Water cooled Automatic transmission. The Radiator has 2 compartments and can sometime fail internally. Check transmission dipstick for signs of water beads. There are sealing additives to help with this problem. They may help temporarily, but remember that oil pressure can exceed 60PSI and that water may backflow and mix and rust internal motor parts.A compression test may help predict which head gasket is the problem so you do not have to remove both heads to replace a head gasket.

The fan light in the inside of the car is on. is it a serious problem
Carefully remove the panel its attached to and pop that bulb out.
Or... remove the fuse for that circuit if its not too important.
Wait one week, see if problem goes away.
Look into cleaning up the contacts where the bulb meets its power or possibly changing the socket/circuit board.
If its sooo serious you can always run a wire from the fuse block independent of that system.
