If it is so low as to over heat the car, yes. Otherwise no. Have the codes read.

2000 Ford Focus window crank without clip
So the crank handle just came off? There is a clip. you didn't look hard enough. You have to put the clip tool behind the handle and push down to get the clip out. To see it you have to pry back on the door panel and use a flash light.

Shifter wont move stuck in fourth gear
Remove the gear shift boot and look down below to see if the linkage has snagged itself. If not then you will have to get at the trans end by diving down the back of the engine. You may need an assistant to waggle the stick while you try and work out where its snagged. I take it the trans oil level is OK? You don't have any oil leaks, in which case its possible the 4th gear hub has seized.

How do i change a blower switch on a ford focus 2000
Disconect the negative of the battery. Pull out the stereo. You can do this by using the u-shape tools. You can buy them in Autozone for $4. You unscrew the for screws and pull out the front of the dashboard. The three switches can be take out by unscrewing four screws and then the fan speed control has 1 additional screw. By carefull to dismantel all electronic plugs and put them back in the right place.

I got the sequence on 2000 ford focus but I need the thighting numbers for each bolt can you send me a diagram?
hope you found them but if not then its quite simple ,now in the book it says tighten to 40lbs then back off 90% and tighten by so many degrees ,read this when i worked on the assembly line in the early 70s we had one big machine that tightened them all up at once ,so ignore the book tighten to about 75lbs starting in the middle and working your way outwards alternatly ,for a petrol engine ,pull them down first with a rachet this will apply roughly 40lbs then use the torque wrench and make sure you go over them twice and you will be right .trust me on this i do enough of the things every week ,well maybe two to three head gaskets on all makes and models and never broke a head bolt or had one go wrong

Runs hot
Without seeing this vehicle it sounds like the thermostat is sticking part way open allowing the engine to heat up. Another thing to check is to take the radiator cap off while the engine is cold and look inside for cloudy bubbles to come to the top. This could be a bad head gasket. There should be no bubbles in a radiator that has set long enough to cool down completely. Warning, do not take the radiator cap off while the engine is hot,you could get burned severly.
In some cases the timing can cause the engine to over heat, but I don't think that is the case here.
I hope I have given you enough information to allow you to come to the right decision for your problem.
