How do I reset the computer in my dodge magnum
Proper way is with code scanner with erase capability. Or you can try to unhook your battery and turn on the headlights, wait about 5 min. then reconnect battery. If you have stereo with code lock make sure to have code before doing.
Were is the fuel filter
The filter is integrated into the pump assembly in the fuel tank. Fortunately you can get to the pump from the back seat in this car. Please let us know if you have more questions.
My05 magnum smells like it has a gas leak from inside the car .what is it there are no leaks.
over filling fuel tank will cause an oder of fuel also it will leak into evap emissions system which my radiate into car and usually if you had any kind of leak in the fuel system whether it be fuel lines or evap side it would throw a code and if you had a fuel line leak it should affect the way the car runs by not getting sufficient fuel pressure not sure you are over filling fuel tank but thats the only thing i can think of not knowing if you have MIL light on
Brake light indicator always flashing
Faulty sensor on your hub. Check the wires leading to the hub. Most times they have broken or are ready to break from salt and corrosion on the hyway. This cause's the sensor to become flaky. Also check the actual brake lines, they also could be corroded and small amount of fluid leaking when you accelerate or are standing still. Keep a eye on when the light seems to come on, moving or stopped. This is the "tell" on what it could be.
