check for anything not put back like it was before the job. then check for vacuum leak and fix.

Its in the resivoir tank ,i believe,,,look down low on tank

It will run fine,,, may throw codes,, burn more gas,,seems to have more power,,, you can leave the o2s in wont hurt nothin,,, you cant pass emmisions without cats,,,but it will run fine

Thremostate sticking,,, get new one,,, drill a little bigger hole in the bypass hole,,on the new thremostat,,,1/8" bit,,,flush your engine with clean water couple of times,,, then put it new orange anti freeze for your engine,,, should be good to go

Throttle position sensor controls this i believe,,,check for code even if the check engine light is not on

Check the switch in the front end,,,,screws in the side of the pumpkin,,,the diff,,,,think its a 32mm wrench size?????remove it ,,plug it back up to factory wires, ,,,,may need to groung it to side of frontend or metal surface,,,turn key on ,,, turn 4x4 switch to 4wd,, see if it extends out about 1.5"?? or so,,,they used compressed gas heated to move in and out,,,check your wires on the transfer case to,, for good conection

Then you are looking at your power steering pump. It may be going out.

check the trailer harness if your truck came with trailer package those harnesses are known to go defective. do daytime running lights work?

Could you provide a little more background information please? Does it crank over? Does it try to start, backfire, smell of gas? Does it start then immediately die? Is there a "Check Engine" condition? Do you have access to a ODBII scan tool?

I'm assuming the engine cranks over with the starter, seems to start for a second or two then dies. Does the message centre have a flashing "SECURITY" message? If so, you have a Passlock II problem. To get it running you'll have to do the 10 minute relearn procedure, or if that fails the 30 minute relearn procedure. I could post both procedures if you like. To fix it so it will never fail again you will have to: 1) bypass the sensor in the steering column, or , 2) hardwire (solder) the 3 wires to the sensor, or , 3) replace the sensor. This last option rarely works due to the problem being in the connector contacts, therefore my preferred method is either option 1 or 2. (I really wish GM would fix the contact issue by using gold flashed contacts and not crummy tin plated ones which tarnish over time)

take the sliding pin out clean it with engine degreaser,(DO NOT USE WIRE BRUSH),if it does not work, you have frozen caliper and need new one
