As far as the turn signal, did you check the proper fuse for voltage. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is still dead. The turn fuse goes hot with key on, turn on the key, check fuse circuit for voltage, use a test lite or something. I hope you can read diagram?

Does it have fuel pressure?

unless the hose is real soft and gummy feeling and the clamp is good (throw the factory spring clamp away and use a worm clamp) the lower hose should not come off as it is suction side for the water pump .if the system has a intake gasket issue or head gasket issue it will overpressurize .that will blow off the weakest point (blow hose ,split tank on rad,external leak around intake area)

The map sensor is probably bad.

there is no ajustment for idle it is electronic control hope it helps

adjusting idle will be a big mistake,,,,tps ,trottle plate, map will be misadjust too. Idle is set by iac valve. you have to find out what cause idle to change.

all are the same 1st is passengers side rear 2nd driver side rear 3rd is passengers side front 4th is drivers side front.

The relay and fuse are in the electrical relay center located inside the passenger compartment behind the right hand side of the instrument panel the lower right corner next to where the passengers right foot would be the fuel pump fuse is #6 20 amp the relay is N directly above it

I am intrigued, I used to have a similar vehicle and there was a button on the steering column that when press with ignition key in the aux position and a little pressure to take key out allowed it to turn all the way.
It is a little difficult as you have to twist it back whilst pressing the button! But it should work.

you have connected up the battery cables to the starter incorrectly and positioned the small wire on the wrong terminal

Yes I have Pontiac Grand Prix did same thing it's your blower motor resistor it's connected from your fan blower on bottom right passenger side.good luck disconnect battery will drain it

There is a unlock code. If you call GM, as Pontiac is no longer made, and give them your VIN# they can give you the unlock code. It will be a number sequence. If GM cannot find it due to the age of the model your best bet is to buy an aftermarket radio. I hope this helps.
