I have oil and water
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
Looks like that you have a worn out piston rings and gasket. I suggest that you have it replaced to prevent more damage to the engine. Once the piston rings and gasket are replaced you'll be good.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

How to change spark plug wires on a 93 nissan
If you suspect that your wires are faulty, you grab a spray bottle and fill it with soapy water, then spray the solution on each wire one at a time. If they are bad you will notice a good arch coming from that wire. Just becareful not become the ground or you may get shocked. Good luck!
Need to know what kind of freon to add to
The only refrigerant for car A/C systems now available is R134a. Auto parts stores / WalMart sell kits for the do-it-yourselfer. About $40 for the kit with retrofit ports included.

I have replaced the fuel
Pull the pump and check to see if the baffle in the fuel tank has come loose. Over time sometimes the baffle in the tank comes free and knocks against the pump causing it to short and damaging the pump itself. Unfortunately if that is the problem you will have to replace the tank. There is no way to remove the baffle or re-attach it.
What is the best way
If it has an Automatic transmission the easiest way to to remove the motor from the top with the transmission attached. If it has a manual Transmission you will need to separate the motor from the transmission. Most of the repairs you would have to do to include doing a rebuild can be done with the engine in the vehicle.
BACKED INTO HOTEL PARKING SPOT
Perfect perfect, well they say dont reuse the head bolt,(there toque to yield). Yes loose head bolt ,fails when not at the proper torque and will cause that .and that is the whole problem. Plus you have 120,000 and at a 100,000 its normal for the head bolt to stretch. And they do stretch.
When I bring the piston to TDC should I see which
Sorry, but there seems to be something confusing here. With the engine at TDC and the rotor pointing at the #1 position, moving the distributor would achieve nothing more than throwing the timing out. To do ignition timing you heed a timing light and the engine running, then you use the timing marks on the pulley and the front case to set the distributor to the correct number of degrees before TDC as per the manual.
