Hi Martin Im AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair.
Martin, the charging system has what you call a fusible link that runs from the positive battery terminal all the way to the alternator. Somewhere along that fusible link it has either corrosion built up are has been damaged and came apart. usually its a large green wire but is different on some vehicles. If you need more help go to my auto-repair-help-website here:

typical fuel pump issue.. Usually around $600 to have it done. The tech would check for pressure and then test the ground and the power souce for a voltage drop. If all this is not done to verify you need a 600 dollar pmp you cold be just throwing parts at it as you go.
Replaced starter and ignition relays under hood on
Is power getting to the ignition switch? Do the warning lights and gauges come on when key is turned to on? That would verify power in and power out at the switch. Then you would need to check the start circuit. A single start wire comes out of the switch, the signal travels through the neutral safety switch and a starter relay and then to the starter solenoid mounted on the starter. Solenoid closes contacts so battery power can operate the starter. If new starter doesn't work, power has been lost between the ignition switch and the starter. If no power to the ignition switch check maxi fuses, all fuses in fact, and possibly a fusible link from the battery that may be the feed for the switch.
Can I use an external fuel pump on this vehicle it has throttle body injection and has a 5.0 motor I have an external fuel pump it pumps 1.0 GPM at 35 PSI
im guessing here , but what im thinking your asking is, "hey my intank fuel pump has gone bad can I substitute an external fuel pump for it on my throttle body injected vehicle " ??? does this sound close ?
if so then heres what I know about em.
the intank pumps don't require a fuel circulation loop because they use the fuel in the tank to cool the pump at low flow times (idle) , if you were to use an external pump it [pressure would have to be close to the intank model (50 to 80 psi) and in the interest of safety all the connections would have to be swaged or threaded ,no hose barbs and clamps also if there isn't already installed a fuel return line would need to be plumbed in as well or pump will overheat and leak fuel , as well the old pump would have to be removed from tank as fuel flow wouldn't be enough at full throttle thru the dead pump and then a new outlet pipe would have to be fabbed up , so to answer your question if I got it right ? is yes but why would you want to you'd end up changing so much stuff it be easier to just get a new pump !!
Where do I start by fixing diagnostic code p0719 ?
Well I doubt that code would cause your symptom.
Code 719 is when the signal from the brake switch is lower than normal. You would check the power in and out of the switch to look for that problem.
But the engine stopping could be something else.
Need a clutch pedal diagram for a 1999 s10 2.2 4cyl manual trans
Sorry no diagram. But here is how it works. In the start position(Power) the wire goes to the start fuse, from the fuse it goes to the clutch pedal switch. Push the pedal and it goes to the starter relay. On the other end is ground. If it is good it pulls the relay closed. On the closed end is battery power to the starter.
Blower motor will not turn on
Probably blower motor is bad ! But just incase here is fuse location .You don't have any speeds Hi , med 1,2,3 or low ?
