Are there 1 or 2 wires that go on power side of starter
A typical starter motor on an internal combustion engine has two wires that connect to the power side of the starter. The first wire is the battery cable, which is connected to the positive terminal of the battery. This wire carries power from the battery to the starter motor. The second wire is the solenoid wire, which is connected to the solenoid on the starter motor. The solenoid is an electromagnet that, when energized, completes the circuit between the battery cable and the starter motor.
Please note that, I am assuming you are talking about a car starter, in case you are talking about another type of starter please let me know to give you more specific information.
