Well code 155 is for a problem with the heater circuit on the O2 sensor bank two sensor one. The problem could be with the sensor or the fuse that powers the heater in the sensor.

Could be a security feature, on the vehicle. Might have to be in gear. Some cars will not let you lock the doors if the key is in the ignition, usually newer models. If you are in the car, you may be able to lock the doors from the inside, using the switches inside the vehicle.

Are you getting spark to the plugs and do you have fuel pressure at the injectors ?Can you tell if the pump is running when you first turn on the key switch ??

Someone will need to figure out if you are lacking spark to the plugs or fuel to the injectors to proceed with testing.

po200 is injector circuit malfunction,po300 is random/multiple cylinder misfire,po443 is evaporative emission control system purge control valve circuit malfunction.
