Most likely your alarm system needs reset. When you use the button to turn the alarm on and off the horn beeps and lights flash. Horn beep when switch turned on, makes sense would be in the alarm system with all you've told.

My info for automatic tranny, says to use dexron 111, 7.4--7.8 quarts.

Most vehicles hold 5 quarts. Start with 3 and start checking as you add the 4th. Be sure and whipe the dip stick clean after each check.

What light flash??

Turn the steering full to left then full to right ten times whilst stationary. This will bleed the system. Was it a new pump? If it continues go for warranty. If it wasn't, replace with new.

Check the fuse.

Well the first thing we need to know is if the trans is manual or automatic. I'm assuming auto. Make sure fluid is at correct level. An auto transmission is a glorified hydraulic pump. No fluid , no movement. The next thing to tackle would be the transmission solenoid(tcm, TCU, solenoid are common names to part) if the solenoid gets stuck. So does the transmission.

Have you checked all the fuses? Does other electrical devices not work properly? There is a fuse for the power windows front and back. Let me no about the fuses and if you've checked that already. Hope you get it figured it.

I might be wrong, but I believe it is in the low pressure line going to the A/C compressor right between the radiator and the engine between the two cooling fans.

there are many issues that will make the traction control come on , worn tyre's =less grip , wheels out of balance , etc have the OBD codes read as may show the issue

The tracks may need to be lubricated (or replaced.) Try powering off the car and re-starting it to see if it's a computer issue.
