The ignition coil package is a kind of two coils. One is delivering to spark plug 1 and 4, the other is 2 and 3. So I think the coil is the problem.

Bad starter? You shouldn't have to hit the starter for it to work, if there isn't anything wrong with it. Sounds like you've replaced everything except the problem.

Here is repair information from Mitchells:
1) Disconnect power mirror switch connector. Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "A" (orange wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, go to the next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in orange wire between power mirror switch and righ rear power distribution center fuse block No. 1 (located under left side of rear seat).
2) Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "A" (orange wire) and "J" (Black wire). If test light illuminates, check for poor connections at the power mirror switch. If connections are okay, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch and ground.

Pull the battery take it to any of the chain auto parts stores and have it tested, I bet the battery is no good.

There is a Relay in the Box under the Hood for the Same thing. Change this Relay and they Should Work. Is the fuse good? Hope this Helps

DTC P0603 Control Module Long Term Memory Reset The PCM has a memory area where it stores certain data it needs to save when the key is turned OFF. This area is called Keep Alive Memory. This diagnostic test monitors the PCM's keep alive memory for a loss or unintended change of data. If such a condition occurs, DTC P0603 will set. Diagnostic Aids If the battery has been disconnected for any reason DTC P0603 will set. The PCM keeps a running check on the memory; if memory changes it resets. for the beginner , nothing is more important that a good workshop manual that book has pictures , diagrams , wire color codes, tensions , procedures, triouble shooting get one from any auto parts shops , technical publication book shops , manufacturer spares departments ,e-bay etc
